Phoebe Tolosa

Phoebe joins 1Broker Insurance Services as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.  She has skill and knowledge tailored toward servicing small, medium, and large sized commercial accounts.

With over eight years in the Commercial Insurance Industry, Phoebe is highly proficient in managing client caseload’s and ensuring key knowledge of State Insurance and legal regulatory compliance.   

Phoebe holds her CA Fire and Casualty broker license. 

 Phoebe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology studying two years of college course work in Criminology and Criminal Justice classes. During her time spent at college, Phoebe volunteered and interned at a Sacramento Women’s & Children’s shelter for battered and abused women and children.  

On her spare time, Phoebe enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, going to the gym, and dining out at restaurants.
